Monthly Board Meetings
All property owners are encouraged to attend monthly board meetings. There is an open discussion session from 7 - 8 p.m. The ECC Board of Directors meets as deemed necessary by the board. Meeting dates are on the 4th Thursday of every month at 7 p.m. at Board Members residents. Open session is 7 - 8 p.m. (approximately). A representative from the management company (CKM) attends these meetings.
